On Cultural Differences in Business Negotiation

چکیده

With the rapid development of global economic integration, business exchanges between domestic and foreign enterprises are becoming more frequent. Due to cultural differences, way negotiation has also changed a lot. As form interpersonal communication, inevitably involves communication methods different countries, nationalities, social backgrounds etiquette cultures, thus producing very rich methods. How better achieve expected effect negotiations with backgrounds, then correctly deal conflict points differences will become one key factors in negotiations, which deserves attention all people.
